Building and implementing software is similar to constructing a house. The bigger the house/building the more complex things become. In cooperation with leading software developers we set up dedicated teams for a given task. General projects start at EUR 100,000 and expand based on client requirements. Shorter term analysis and quick fixes start at EUR 50,000.

Sometimes internal politics can make it difficult for decision-makers to understand the real issue at hand in a software process. Clients hire NRB to review existing IT projects status and, if necessary, fill needed positions to compliment the in-house team. This allows for the software delivery cycles and deadlines to be met. NRB can facilitate interim team extension at short notice.

Dedicated Team
Software development requires a dedicated team to ensure the right quality delivered on time. Project-based Development teams are always full time dedicated hence the need for scope of 3 months work to justify setting up the team. As minimum the teams always consist of a project manager (PM) who is the key point of contact for the client. The PM covers all areas including billing. Resource planning and liaison with team members. Based on findings with the client the relevant number of developers and designers (UX/UI), system architects, etc is defined for the project. Finally all testing requirements between the client and NRB is outlined to ensure full client understanding of the solution prior to User Acceptance Test in final Beta. We handle projects start-to-end as a premium provider.
Our Way or the highway
It sounds incredibly rude but is just a factor for success. Key requirement for ensuring successful completion and delivery of a software project is defined task ownership. NRB only undertakes projects where the responsibility has been clarified from the outset and our suggestions are endorsed in full. Often clients have asked for our assistance in existing projects set up with a multitude of vendors on outsourcing platforms. Consequently there were no gatekeepers apart from the client who did not have the time nor inclination to project manage. Thus NRB only engages if it is done our way. We have learned from experience that the end product will otherwise not meet initial expectations.
